I have done business with Pennell Forklift for years now. The people there are courteous and knowledgeable and represent everything you want in a forklift company. They perform customer service the old way....by executing what they promise consistently.

I've needed to call Pennell's Forklift Service for parts for our company's forklift on several occasions. Each time they've been friendly, and very helpful. We won't hesitate to continue to do business with them in the future.
